Hi, I’m Mandy!
“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible” — Dali Lama
I opened my practice in 2016, after recognizing the need for more client-centered wellness approaches allowing individuals to determine which service or services are best suited to them.
I have always enjoyed working with other people and helping others live to their full potential. We all interact with each other on a consistent basis and therefore have an influence on our communities. How one person feels and behaves in a situation impacts another and creates a ripple effect that extends much further than an isolated moment. In this way, we are connected.
Helping others therefore serves to improve all of our lives. Being part of adding to the collective good in society by aiding others in reaching their goals, finding peace and living a life committed to wellness is exciting and rewarding. The good my clients bring to their personal lives and their social circles furthers this sentiment.
My hope is that all of my clients feel unconditional acceptance from me.
Something I have learned while working in this field is that the root of most problems comes down to a core belief of not being “good enough.”
My authentic approach to healing — whether through mental health counseling, Reiki, or other energy healing modalities — challenges this problematic belief. It is through this acceptance (where you are able to be vulnerable and imperfect) that healing can occur. You are accepted for ALL of who you are! Self-love and greater compassion can grow in this environment and once again the ripple continues as my clients bring this compassion and love into their worlds as well.
I strive to make my clients feel empowered, nurtured, heard, and accepted.
I am constantly appreciative to my clients for sharing their strength, joys, sorrows, triumphs, and world views with me. As I help my clients find empowerment and self-acceptance, I am in awe of the strength I see in them. There is so much I have learned about resiliency and genuine human connection from my clients that make this work so meaningful.

I also hold a Master of Education degree in Clinical Human Sexuality from Widener University and training in EMDR, CBT and DBT, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, and EFT/Tapping.
My interest in additional healing modalities piqued after earning my first Master’s degree. I became a Reiki Master in both Usui and Karuna Reiki to add to my understanding and conceptualization of the human experience and modes of healing. My passion for this work led me to pursue training in Integrated Energy Therapy, BARS, and other forms of energy work.
I am a licensed counselor in both Connecticut and New York.
